Front Desk Staff
- We’re hiring a Front Desk Representative to join our ice arena team!Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and providing information on programs, schedules, and events
- Answering phones and customer questions
- Processing registrations, admissions, and payments
- Managing skate rentals and assisting with public skating and arena programs
- Checking locker rooms, bathrooms, lobby, and front desk areas
- Supporting opening/closing procedures and daily arena operation
Customer service experience is a plus! We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, reliable, and people-focused
- Professional and team-oriented
- A strong communicator
- Organized and comfortable working independently
- Able to pass a background check
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
