The Seacoast Women’s Hockey Association (SWHA) is a regional, 501c(3) non-profit Tier 1 and Tier 2 girls and women’s ice hockey organization, based in Exeter, NH. We compete as the Seacoast Spartans and offer competitive team programs for ages U8-U19. We are proud members of the New England Girls Hockey League (NEGHL) and the Granite State Hockey League (GSL). We also play boys and co-Ed teams.

MEET OUR Seacoast Spartans GIRLS HOCKEY DIRECTOR
The SWHA is thrilled to have Jessica Young as our Director of Women’s Hockey and U14 Tier 1 Head Coach!
Jessica graduated from Middlebury College in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She grew up in Mission Hills, Kansas, and played for the AAA St. Louis Lady Blues program from U12 through U19.
In college, Jessica was a member of the Middlebury Women’s Ice Hockey Team and was selected to the All-NESCAC team all four years that she was there, including Rookie of the Year when she was a freshman. Jessica was also selected to the CCM All-American College Hockey Squad following her 2016-2017 season.
Jessica spent the past three years as the assistant and then head coach of the Tilton School Girl’s Varsity Hockey Team. In addition to running the Girl’s Hockey Program at Tilton, Jessica has spent her summers coaching at USA Hockey affiliated camps, including the Girls 16/17 National Camp, the Girls 14 Eastern Select Camp, and the New England Development Camp. She also spent time with the IPH Hockey team in Connecticut, focusing on skill and player development.
