This progression clinic will reinforce all aspects of the defenseman position backwards:

• Backwards skating techniques
• Puck handling
• Passing & shooting
• Battle drills

Skill mastery demands individual attention. For each session we strive to maintain a ration of 1 coach for every 8 players.

Stick also commonly known as “drop-in” or “pick-up” hockey is open ice time for scrimmage play.

Stick also commonly known as “drop-in” or “pick-up” hockey is open ice time for scrimmage play.

The program is open to adults 18+ who have never played hockey. It will combine on-ice skills sessions with instructional games. During this program, participants will learn the fundamental skills of ice hockey, including how to skate if they've never done so before. In addition, they will get a chance to play the greatest game on Earth.

Our goal is to introduce young hockey players to the game of hockey - Teaching the fundamentals of the game in a enjoyable and positive learning experience!!
